All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers — we never store your full card details. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability; if we cancel your order, you receive a full refund. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — orders shipped to an address you provided incorrectly may not be refundable, though we will always try to help.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–14 business days, with tracking provided by email. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and occasional carrier delays can occur. If your tracking stalls for more than 10 days or your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or full refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all products, with free replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

Whisker & Flow products are not a substitute for veterinary care; if your pet has health issues, including hydration concerns, consult a veterinarian.
